1、网络日常运维与设备管理：负责沈阳CA数据中心及电子认证相关系统的网络日常运维，保障网络稳定运行；负责交换机、路由器、防火墙、负载均衡等网络设备的日常巡检、配置变更、故障处理及维护； 2、认证系统网络配置与变更：配合完成CA、RA、KM、OCSP、LDAP、时间戳、电子签章等系统涉及的网络配置及变更实施； 3、网络故障排查与高可用保障：负责网络故障排查与问题定位，涵盖网络连通性、路由、ACL、防火墙策略、链路及设备故障等常见问题；参与CA平台故障演练、容灾切换及网络高可用验证，协助发现并推动网络风险整改； 4、基础设施与数据中心网络建设：配合系统、数据库、安全等团队完成服务器、虚拟化、存储、数据库等基础设施相关的网络接入和问题排查；参与数据中心网络建设、网络设备上线、扩容及改造工作；配合完成堡垒机、数据库审计、安全设备等安全管理区域的网络配置和接入； 5、监控体系与运维文档建设：参与监控体系建设，完善网络设备及关键链路的监控、告警和可用性检查；协助沉淀网络拓扑、配置标准、故障处理手册、变更记录等运维文档； 6、跨团队协同与变更交付：与系统、数据库、安全及业务团队协同处理网络相关问题；协调网络设备厂商、集成商完成故障分析、设备维护及现场技术支持；参与网络变更评审及实施，做好变更前检查、实施验证及回退准备。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、1年及以上网络运维相关工作经验，有企业网络、数据中心网络或机房网络运维经验；有交换机、防火墙等网络设备实际配置和故障处理经验； 3、网络技术基础：熟悉TCP/IP、VLAN、STP、OSPF、静态路由、NAT、ACL等基础网络技术；熟悉交换机、路由器、防火墙等常见网络设备的配置和维护；熟悉Huawei、Cisco、H3C、Fortinet、F5等一种或多种厂商产品； 4、故障排查能力：能够独立处理常见网络故障，如网络不通、丢包、延迟、路由异常、防火墙策略异常等；熟悉Linux基础操作，能够使用ping、traceroute、tcpdump、curl、nslookup等常见网络排障命令及工具； 5、安全与监控：了解防火墙、VPN、网络访问控制等基础安全技术；了解Zabbix、Prometheus、Grafana等监控工具中的一种或多种； 6、沟通协作、执行力与责任心：具备良好的沟通协作和执行能力，能够准确理解工作要求，与系统、数据库、安全、厂商等多方高效配合，推动工作落地；具备较好的问题分析和故障排查能力，面对复杂问题能够主动推进、持续跟进并推动问题闭环；工作认真负责，具备较强的责任心、风险意识和变更规范意识，具备较强的责任担当和应急响应意识。

加分项： 1、有数据中心网络、金融、CA/PKI或其他关键业务系统运维经验； 2、有防火墙、负载均衡、双机高可用等实际运维经验； 3、熟悉VMware、PVE、Linux、Ceph等基础设施技术； 4、熟悉Python/Shell，能够编写简单运维脚本； 5、有网络监控、自动化运维或故障演练经验； 6、持有HCIP、CCNP或同等级网络认证。
