1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学，信息技术或相关领域优先； 2、3年及以上IT行业经验，IT资产管理，硬件或软件管理的相关工作经验； 3、熟悉IT资产管理工具和系统，使用过或了解行业IT资产管理工具如：Service Now，Flexera等； 4、出色的分析和问题解决能力，具备数据分析能力，良好的沟通和人际关系技巧，能够与各个级别和职能的人员合作，英语可作为工作语言优先； 5、较强的项目管理和组织能力，能够同时处理多个项目和任务，有项目管理认证如PMP优先； 6、对知识产权，软件许可相关的合规性要求有了解。
