1、负责IT业务域的产品架构设计与平台能力建设，围绕资产、服务、权限、数据等方向进行系统化设计与优化，推动复杂系统的标准化与平台化演进，构建AI驱动的产品能力； 2、负责中后台业务领域规划与产品架构设计，抽象通用业务能力，构建标准化、可扩展、高复用的产品体系，支撑业务持续发展与规模化增长； 3、主导存量系统治理与架构演进，识别业务流程、系统设计及历史架构中的问题，推动模块重构升级，持续提升系统稳定性、可维护性及研发效率； 4、快速理解复杂业务场景，完成业务抽象、规则沉淀及产品建模，输出标准化产品方案并推动落地； 5、沉淀产品架构设计方法论和最佳实践，推动平台化、标准化建设，持续提升团队整体交付能力。

1、具备3-5年B端产品经验，具备复杂业务平台建设、核心模块设计或系统重构项目经验； 2、具备扎实的业务架构与产品建模能力，熟悉业务抽象、领域建模、状态机设计及规则体系建设； 3、具备优秀的系统化思维和问题分析能力，能够从复杂业务中提炼核心逻辑并形成可复用的产品能力； 4、具备较强的项目推动与跨团队协作能力，能够协调业务、产品、研发等多方资源推进方案落地； 5、学习能力强，能够快速进入新业务领域，适应复杂场景和持续变化的业务需求； 6、熟悉AI及前沿产品技术发展，并能够将AI能力应用于产品设计和团队效率提升。

加分项 1、具备中后台平台、业务能力平台或企业级平台产品建设经验； 2、参与过复杂业务治理、多系统整合、平台化重构等项目； 3、拥有成熟的AI产品实践经验，并在团队提效或业务创新方面取得实际成果。
