1、熟悉常见的编程语言如Java、Golang、C++和对应的生态，并对常见服务端中间件有实践和深刻理解； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，具有扎实的代码编码能力； 3、具备良好的业务抽象能力，有丰富的架构设计经验，有系统设计和开发经验者优先； 4、学习能力强，适应能力好，具备耐心、细心的品质； 5、对应用开发的最新潮流有所关注，关注并尝试最新技术，追求编写优质代码，能够从技术趋势和思路上影响技术团队。
