1、负责字节跳动全媒体智能通信Java后台服务设计与开发，支持字节跳动海内外通信业务； 2、深度参与构建多媒体融合通信，通过AI技术落地智能化场景，提升人效； 3、负责高质量程序的设计和编码，承担重点、难点的技术攻坚； 4、主导系统架构设计、技术选型、开发任务分解、工作量评估； 5、分析解决系统性能问题，提升系统稳定性、伸缩性、扩展性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信工程等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，具备较强的逻辑理解能力和学习能力； 3、熟悉Java/Python/PHP/C++/Golang中的至少一门语言； 4、熟悉MySQL、Memcache、Redis、消息队列等常用服务组件，有定制化改进经验者优先； 5、具备较强的软件架构设计能力和较强的代码优化能力； 6、熟悉互联网架构体系，对微服务拆分、服务治理、负载均衡、流控等有较好的理解和实践者优先。
