1、负责GenAI产品的内容安全运营； 2、管理GenAI安全值班流程与目标；针对线上案例，响应用户、客户及业务方的咨询与反馈；提供短期解决方案，并在需要中长期方案时将其转交至产品团队； 3、基于在线监控，针对“漏报”或“过度拦截”案例进行分析，以判定其成因是源于策略问题、模型（或安全模型）漂移、政策问题，还是新型恶意手段； 4、在完成案例分析后，迅速调整执行策略；并推动产品与政策团队在必要时对策略或规则进行调整； 5、收集用户反馈，评估平台性能与成效，促进用户对平台的采纳与使用，并支持产品经理进行产品规划、优先级排序及迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上安全相关工作经验； 2、具备AI产品运营或安全策略运营经验者优先； 3、对人工智能技术（包括LLM、VLM、SFT、RLHF、DPO、RAG、多模态AI及Embedding等）抱有浓厚兴趣并具备扎实的理解；热衷于探索AI Agent（智能体）及新兴AI工具，致力于持续提升运营效率与生产力； 4、具备数据驱动思维及敏锐的数据洞察力，能够通过数据分析快速发现问题，开展深入的案例分析以定位根本原因，从而推动问题得到有效解决； 5、以目标为导向，具备严密的逻辑思维与分析能力，以及跨职能沟通、协调与执行能力。
