1、负责派对+生活模拟类游戏的商业化整体规划与落地，制定中长期商业化路线图，统筹付费体系、活动运营与变现节奏，对商业化指标（流水、ARPPU、付费率、LTV等）及营收结果直接负责，推动玩法体验与商业化的良性平衡； 2、结合派对玩法与生活模拟养成的游戏特点，设计付费点与商品矩阵（皮肤、家园/房屋装饰、宠物、互动道具、社交礼物等），持续优化定价与组合策略； 3、规划版本活动、节日/赛季运营、限时礼包与召回/付费转化活动，统筹运营日历，把控大盘流水节奏与峰谷管理； 4、建立商业化数据监控体系，跟踪付费漏斗、转化率、留存与付费的关系，通过A/B测试持续优化定价、投放位与商品组合； 5、与策划、数值、美术、研发、市场/用户增长团队紧密配合，推动商业化需求落地，确保付费体验不破坏玩法与社交氛围，同时跟踪派对类、生活模拟类（如装扮、社交、家园经营方向）产品的商业化打法，输出可借鉴的策略与创新点。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏商业化策划/运营经验，有完整项目商业化操盘或对流水结果负责的经历； 2、熟悉移动游戏（尤其是派对、社交、生活模拟、休闲品类）的付费模型与商业化打法； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能基于数据做归因、定位问题并制定优化方案，熟练使用Excel及常见数据分析工具； 4、对玩家心理、付费动机有深刻理解，能在“赚钱”与“体验”之间找到平衡。

加分项 1、有派对类（如聚会互动、多人社交玩法）或生活模拟/装扮养成类游戏的商业化经验； 2、主导过赛季通行证、抽取系统、外观经济或社交礼物体系的设计与运营； 3、有从0到1搭建商业化体系，或显著提升项目流水/付费率的成功案例； 4、对女性向、UGC社区或社交向产品有理解者优先。
