1、负责抖音电商推荐算法全链路技术体系搭建与迭代优化，覆盖召回、粗排、精排、混排、重排、冷启动等模块，支撑内容电商或货架电商双场景流量分发效率提升，达成商业增长与用户体验目标； 2、主导前沿推荐算法创新与技术落地，聚焦生成式召回、LLM4Rec、强化学习、多模态推荐等方向，解决电商全链路场景技术痛点，构建技术壁垒与行业竞争力； 3、结合内容电商与货架电商的差异化特性，设计贴合业务场景的算法方案，持续优化模型结构、特征工程体系及在线推理链路，提升各阶段匹配精准度与分发效率，打通召回、粗排至精排、混排、重排的全链路协同机制； 4、负责商品与用户冷启动体系建设，针对新商家、新商品、新用户场景设计专项算法策略，探索零样本/少样本学习、迁移学习、元学习等技术方案，缩短冷启动周期，提升新品渗透率与新用户转化效率； 5、深入业务全链路，与产品、工程、运营等跨团队紧密协同，拆解业务痛点与增长机会，设计端到端算法解决方案并推动落地，基于数据反馈持续迭代优化算法效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、算法与数据结构基础扎实，编码能力优秀，熟练掌握C++/Python及Linux开发环境； 3、机器学习理论扎实，熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/XGBoost）； 4、对推荐大模型、生成式推荐、LLM4Rec等前沿方向有浓厚兴趣，紧跟行业技术发展；有相关项目落地经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，对技术挑战充满热情，能高效跨团队推进方案落地； 6、在KDD/SIGIR/RecSys/NeurIPS/ACL等国际顶会发表论文，尤其有推荐大模型相关研究成果者优先。
