1、基于火山引擎业务战略与人力需求，建立与火山引擎各业务线、人力资源部的常态化协同机制，深度洞察外包人力需求（含核心岗、批量岗、临时岗等），制定定制化服务方案；跟踪人力外包行业趋势（如灵活用工、数字化管理、合规政策），推动业务模式创新与服务能力升级； 2、牵头搭建团队管理全流程体系，优化服务效率（如缩短招聘周期、提升到岗率、降低流失率），搭建高效的组织架构与人才梯队，建立科学的绩效考核与激励机制，将服务质量、成本控制、集团满意度等指标纳入考核，驱动团队目标达成； 3、统筹项目交付管理，建立质量管控机制，定期收集集团用人部门反馈，持续优化服务标准与流程； 4、负责财务健康度管理，制定年度预算、营收目标与成本控制方案，实现可持续盈利； 5、全面负责合规运营，精通人力外包、劳务派遣相关法律法规及地方政策，建立健全劳动用工合规体系，防范用工风险、法律风险与财务风险，为业务发展提供保障。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉行业人力需求特点，有云计算、人工智能等领域相关经验者优先；有科技企业或集团下属人力服务子公司管理经验者优先； 2、具备敏锐的行业洞察力与前瞻性，能结合集团需求与市场变化制定可行的业务战略；精通人力外包全流程管理，具备项目交付、质量管控、成本优化的实战能力；具备扎实的财务分析、预算管理与成本控制能力，能驱动公司实现盈利增长； 3、具备完整的人力外包全链路业务统筹与团队管理经验，曾主导过外包项目或服务过集团客户者优先，熟悉行业人才供给及供应商资源； 4、具备丰富的合规管理经验，成功应对过人力外包行业政策变化、重大合规风险事件者优先。
