1、主导研发人形具身机器人的操作算法，包括但不限于算法架构设计，抓取算法，VLA模型研发，灵巧手等方向的工作； 2、参与或指导具身大模型的预训练、后训练，SFT，以及评测，模型部署等方面的工作； 3、推动机器人操作算法的系统集成、仿真验证和硬件部署，优化控制算法在嵌入式系统中的性能； 4、探索具身操作模型在工业、服务或特定场景中的技术应用和落地机会，发现关键问题并指出解决路径，向客户交付高可用方案； 5、参与机器人自主系统技术栈的软件架构设计与开发，及用于训练操控策略所需的数据采集技术； 6、与团队成员紧密协作，共同解决复杂的跨领域技术难题。

1、硕士研究生/博士研究生学历，专业方向为计算机科学、自动化、人工智能、机器人学或相关领域，或具备同等水平的工业实践经验； 2、熟悉VLM/VLA方向的主流工作，如BERT，CLIP，RT-2，OpenVLA，Pi-0等，掌握多模态大模型开发技术； 3、具备强化学习、扩散模型、流匹配以及模仿学习方面的实践经验，拥有运用机器学习技术改进抓取行为和物体操控能力的经验； 4、熟悉感知与场景理解，尤其在机器人操作相关的应用领域，具备使用多模态外部传感器（如力觉、触觉、视觉传感器）的经验，熟悉机械臂经典控制算法，如轨迹规划、IK、碰撞检测等； 5、熟练Isaac Sim/MuJoCo/Drake/Gazebo等至少一种主流机器人仿真工具，拥有构建可扩展的自动化仿真测试的经验； 6、具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效指导和推动他人开展研究工作。
