1、业务架构挑战：我们以平台方式支撑字节跳动生态各业务发展，不仅仅支持抖音、今日头条，还包括飞书、火山引擎等业务发展； 2、性能挑战：财资每天进行大批量的资金调拨和付款，管理公司的自有资金，对实时性和准确性对业务有巨大影响；且需要保证如何在银行等金融机构性能的基础上，最优的保障资金的效率是巨大挑战； 3、大数据的挑战：我们的系统服务了全集团的业务，因此在解决了高性能和稳定性挑战后，你还面对复杂的海量数据存储、计算、查询问题； 4、国内外主流金融机构对接：我们对接了国内外多家银行，以及Bloomberg等多家机构；在这里你和国内外最具影响力的金融机构合作，学习的金融知识和技术。

1、熟悉常见的编程语言如Java、Golang、C++和对应的生态，并对常见服务端中间件有实践和深刻理解； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，具有扎实的代码编码能力； 3、具备良好的业务抽象能力，有丰富的架构设计经验，有系统设计和开发经验者优先； 4、学习能力强，适应能力好，具备耐心、细心的品质； 5、我们希望你对应用开发的最新潮流有所关注，喜欢去看及尝试最新的技术，追求编写优雅的代码，从技术趋势和思路上能影响技术团队。
