1、家电/家具/家装上门安装解决方案：负责抖音电商家电/家具/家装行业解决方案设计和运营，通过对标行业产品、分析抖音电商平台商家/消费者需求等方式，不断优化上门安装及延伸的解决方案，例如送装一体、拆取，并与产品紧密合作、协调上下游资源，推动解决方案落地； 2、熟悉服务商管理方法，能制定业务履约目标并拆解服务商准入/考核/扣罚/汰换等管控策略和激励机制； 3、家电/家具/家装上门安装履约和体验管控：对标行业产品、根据不同类目特征，明确上门安装履约质量标准（上门时效/服务规范/完工标准等），定义关键履约指标及与消费者上门安装体验的关联性；并通过服务商的考核/激励/日常管控/汰换等方式，保障履约质量和消费者体验； 4、日常运营支持：支持服务商日常结算对账、工单申诉审核、答疑等日常事项；并协调数据同学搭建完善的数据监控机制。

1、熟悉电商行业和家具/家装/家电行业，对上门安装服务流程具备一定了解度，能独立统筹优化上门安装解决方案； 2、数据敏感度强，熟练运用数据分析工具独立完成服务商效能诊断，并基于数据给出改善方案； 3、具备商务谈判技能和跨多部门沟通协调能力，能与品牌商和服务商高层进行对话，并有效应对突发情况； 4、3年以上电商平台服务商运营、解决方案或商家运营经验。
