1、业务培训策略输出与体系落地闭环：针对业务策略和痛点，通过系统化调研、诊断、分析，形成培训策略，开展多样化的学习项目；擅长针对于企业内部员工及合作伙伴搭建培训体系，依据培训体系，负责针对业务团队和合作伙伴的培训工作开展和落地闭环，通过持续改进提升组织效能； 2、项目运营：系统化内外训进行运营项目，通过项目可行性分析，项目组建，项目落地，促进项目结果达成；借助AI工具优化项目管理流程，提升项目运营效率与质量； 3、组织经验萃取：联动业务开展各类组织经验萃取工作，提炼萃取内容并沉淀出方法论； 4、学习资源搭建与AI赋能推广：负责搭建线上/线下学习资源工具，促进学习效率提升；探索AI生成内容（课件、案例库、题库等）在资源建设中的应用，降本增效；面向培训团队及业务团队推广AI工具使用，设计AI应用场景与实践路径，帮助业务团队在日常工作中提效提质，形成可复制的AI应用方法论； 5、学习氛围建设：负责建设团队学习氛围和文化氛围，提升员工学习自驱力。

1、本科及以上学历，有一个及以上项目管理实操经验，能设计高质量的项目方案； 2、学习能力强，具有敏锐的业务洞察力，对抖音短视频运营+直播运营有一定的经验和思考优先； 3、具有较好的协调沟通能力、时间管理能力以及公众表达呈现能力； 4、熟练使用思维导图、PPT等办公软件；了解并能熟练使用主流AI工具者优先； 5、愿意接受挑战与变化，有创业精神，简单开放的工作风格，具备一定的创新能力，对培训的创新有独到的见解和思考； 6、对AI技术在培训与业务场景中的落地有主动探索意愿，具备「AI+培训」融合思维，能将AI工具转化为实际效能产出。
