团队介绍：抖音增长团队（User Growth）负责抖音旗下产品的增长工作。我们帮助产品量身定做增长方案，并运用营销、产品、数据分析等方式达成业务增长目标。UG团队维护和优化一系列类似付费广告、裂变、导量等成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也及时构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。加入 UG 团队，可以负责亿级用户产品的增长工作，掌握业界先进、第一手的增长实践。

1、负责抖音精选App的DAU、DNU增长； 2、围绕作者带增长的思路，负责整体增长营销策划，从产品利益点出发，挖掘作者并设计转化突破口； 3、具备项目统筹能力，熟悉内容策略与宣发/发行逻辑，对作者筛选—内容宣发—用户拉新的完整增长链路负责，协同达人营销、作者运营等团队推进项目落地； 4、具备出色的增长思维，能设计整体增长方案，合理规划预算、制定度量方案并归因，通过数据驱动寻找提升转化效率的有效路径。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/信息技术/人工智能/大模型相关专业优先； 2、2年以上增长营销或内容运营经验，具有游戏发行经验/作者运营经验优先； 3、目标导向型，拥有清晰缜密的逻辑思维能力，对数据敏感，能通过数据发现问题、挖掘问题，并提出解决方案； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够结合各方资源有效地组织和推进项目落地； 5、具备独立深入思考和推进工作的意识和能力，具有探求心，自我驱动力强。

加分项（AI能力要求） 1、大模型技术与实操：理解大模型基本原理及能力边界，具备Prompt Engineering（PE）、RAG、Workflow或Agent框架搭建等AI工具实操落地经验； 2、AI辅助编程：了解或熟练使用Vibe Coding等AI编码工具，能借助工具产出逻辑脚本或自动化方案以提升营销效率； 3、AI产品认知与评估：具备搭建业务模型指标评估体系的能力；了解业界前沿大模型动态，能快速上手AI工具和API，对AI赋能业务流有自己的产品判断和应用直觉。
