1、负责国际支付项目的端到端生命周期管理，包括项目规划与优先级排序、项目启动、执行、测试、上线等环节；与业务、产品、技术及相关职能团队紧密协作，确保项目按时高质量交付； 2、负责监控和汇报项目进展，向管理团队同步业务及项目进度关键信息、风险应对和关键问题的准确信息，及时同步各方进展，并专业管理相应的决策升级； 3、对项目管理具备主动解决问题的能力，推动项目顺利进行并确保按计划交付； 4、负责的项目及相关产品/技术领域的管理机制和流程SOP，持续优化项目管理工具；建立并运营以关键指标为核心的管理交付与效率看板。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上支付/金融行业、金融科技的工作经验，具备产品及技术项目管理或项目实施经验，有支付行业PMO经验者优先； 3、熟悉敏捷方法论及相关技术和框架（如Scrum）； 4、熟练使用项目管理工具； 5、英文流利可作为工作语言，出色的沟通、谈判及协调能力，具备较强的领导力； 6、适应力强、学习能力强、自驱力高、乐观且坚韧。
