1、参与国际支付场景下BNPL/信贷产品的规划与迭代，负责注册、授信、支用、还款等流程中的具体产品模块，在满足风控要求的前提下持续提升转化与用户体验； 2、结合国际化市场的用户习惯、电商及支付场景，开展市场与产品研究，参与制定本地化产品策略和阶段性产品规划； 3、围绕通过率、转化率、复购率等核心指标开展分析，独立定位问题、提出假设并设计验证方案，通过数据和实验推动产品迭代； 4、协同研发、风控、合规、运营及外部合作伙伴，推进需求评审、开发测试、上线和复盘，对负责模块的交付质量与进度负责； 5、参与用户反馈和复杂客户投诉分析，跟踪国际化BNPL行业及监管变化，将用户问题和合规要求转化为产品改进。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、经济、金融等专业优先； 2、对产品经理有浓厚兴趣并付诸行动，掌握产品设计和项目推进的基础方法，有独立负责产品模块/项目经历优先； 3、具备用户意识和产品思维，能从用户需求和业务目标出发，独立完成产品方案并推动模块落地； 4、对数据敏感，理解业务和产品核心指标，能通过数据发现、分析和解决问题，并主动检查数据准确性； 5、自驱、务实、有韧性，学习和成长速度快，能主动迎接挑战并持续复盘迭代； 6、英语流利者优先，可作为工作语言，具备优秀的跨文化沟通技巧，能够适应跨国团队协作与工作环境。

加分项： 1、在信贷、BNPL、支付、金融科技、跨境电商领域有高质量实习或项目成果； 2、独立负责过从问题定义、方案设计到上线复盘的完整项目； 3、对欧美消费者金融、BNPL商业模式或监管要求有持续关注和自己的判断。
