1、负责海外产品在市场的安全合规工作，组织产品迭代/新项目等内部合规评估流程，和区域法务、PR等团队充分沟通，明确风险等级及降险方案； 2、制定未成年保护、数据合规等产品安全策略和方案，推动产品等相关团队落地执行，跟进安全运营方向需求； 3、针对不同业务场景进行风险研判，提供安全建议和对外口径； 4、应对下架、舆情等突发风险，快速制定解决方案，保证短期内解决风险； 5、参与内容安全、画风标准和流程优化，保证内容安全。

1、本科及以上学历，英文能力优秀，能用英文撰写评估需求文档，能独立和海外团队就产品逻辑、合规等进行深度口语交流，保证信息传达准确、理解精准； 2、1年以上互联网运营、内容安全/生态、或风控合规相关经验，掌握互联网业务和产品逻辑，能准确判断业务场景和风险本质，给出合理决策和解决方案； 3、出色的项目管理、跨团队沟通协作和驱动能力，踏实认真，靠谱好学，擅长调研分析，能充分思考拆解任务制定规划，执行力强有韧性，对结果负责； 4、具有较高的风险敏感意识，对互联网传播规律熟悉，能够快速识别舆情潜在风险并结合业务逻辑做出风险研判，找到最优解决方案并推动落地。
