1、熟练掌握Android Framework框架及应用、互联、通信、媒体等业务领域测试工作； 2、掌握C++/Java/Python等至少一种编程语言； 3、熟悉Linux或Unix操作系统，精通测试流程和测试用例设计方法，能主动进行技术钻研； 4、具备性能、安全、白盒测试等专业测试领域经验，善于解决复杂问题，具备自动测试工具和系统编写能力； 5、具备业务前端指标大数据方案设计能力，可通过大数据分析改进业务体验、提升软件质量； 6、有手机端侧测试经验、自动化框架编写经验者优先。
