1、作为产品技术支持核心人员，深度掌握TRAE类AI原生IDE产品的运行机制、落地流程及核心功能，包括自然语言转代码、项目搭建、规则引擎、多模态交互等，为客户提供全流程技术支持，高效解答客户在产品安装、使用、调试、部署过程中遇到的各类技术疑问，确保客户正常使用产品，提升客户满意度和忠诚度； 2、依托自身研发经验，快速定位客户反馈的产品技术故障，包括代码生成异常、部署失败、功能兼容等问题，能独立处理常规技术问题，复杂问题及时联动研发团队排查，跟踪问题解决进度，同步给客户，形成完整的问题处理闭环，并整理典型问题案例，完善产品技术支持知识库； 3、协同研发团队，参与TRAE类产品的迭代优化工作，收集客户在产品使用过程中的技术需求和痛点，结合研发经验提出合理的产品优化建议，协助研发团队进行产品测试、缺陷修复，确保产品技术性能持续提升，适配客户实际使用场景需求，推动产品更好地落地应用； 4、负责产品技术支持日常工作，包括客户技术咨询对接、问题记录、解决方案沉淀，优化技术支持SOP，提升支持效率；同时为销售、客服等前端团队提供技术支撑，解答团队在对接客户过程中遇到的技术问题，协助开展客户产品培训，传递产品技术优势和使用技巧，助力业务推进。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等专业优先； 2、具备扎实的研发基础和研发思维，有实际研发相关工作经验，熟悉产品研发流程，能快速定位产品技术问题根源，理解TRAE类AI原生IDE产品的核心架构、功能逻辑及全流程落地要点，包括代码生成、项目搭建、部署实施等关键环节； 3、具备优秀的客户服务意识和问题解决能力，能耐心、高效解答客户在产品使用过程中遇到的各类技术问题，包括TRAE产品的安装适配、功能操作、故障排查等，善于用通俗易懂的语言向客户传递技术解决方案，避免专业术语堆砌，提升客户体验； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨部门协作能力，能高效对接研发、产品、销售、客服等团队，同步客户技术需求、反馈产品缺陷，推动技术问题闭环，协同研发团队优化产品，助力TRAE类产品顺利落地和迭代升级； 5、熟悉产品技术支持流程，掌握主流的技术支持方法和工具，具备较强的执行力和学习能力，能快速掌握新产品的技术特性，沉淀技术支持经验，优化支持SOP；性格严谨负责，具备创新意识，善于总结归纳，能独立完成各类技术支持任务，主动探索更高效的支持方式； 6、持续关注TRAE类产品及行业内同类产品的技术动态、行业趋势，定期梳理产品技术要点和常见问题，更新技术支持资料；协助开展产品技术文档的编写、更新工作，包括产品操作手册、故障排查指南等，确保技术支持工作的专业性和规范性，同时配合研发团队完成产品上线前的技术准备和上线后的技术支持衔接工作，保障产品顺利落地和稳定运行。
