1、发现并拆解即送业务问题； 1）持续监控即送业务的履约、退款、投诉和用户体验表现，及时识别异常变化； 2）从消费者体验出发，了解即送场景的线下正逆向履约流程，围绕缺货、错发漏发、配送超时、商品与描述不一致、商家拒绝售后等问题，拆解发生环节、影响范围和主要责任方； 3）结合订单、商家、商品、物流和客户投诉数据，判断问题是个别案例、商家经营问题，还是需要业务统一解决的共性问题； 2、制定并落地治理策略； 1）针对重点问题设计商家准入、过程管控、违规处置和退出规则，明确什么情况需要提醒、限制、拦截或清退； 2）根据商家规模、经营质量和风险表现进行分层，避免一刀切，在控制体验风险的同时兼顾正常经营； 3）对新业务、新功能和重点活动开展风险评估，提前识别可能出现的履约及售后问题，并给出可执行的控制方案； 3、推动治理能力产品化； 1）把人工排查中反复出现的问题沉淀为规则、标签和产品需求，推动识别、预警、拦截、处置及申诉能力建设； 2）与产品、数据和研发同学明确需求范围、判断口径和验收标准，跟进开发上线及灰度效果； 3）持续优化规则的准确性和覆盖率，减少误伤、漏放及重复人工处理； 4、推进跨团队专项治理； 1）与业务、产品、风控、客服、物流及行业运营团队协作，明确问题归属、治理动作和完成时间； 2）针对高频或影响较大的体验问题发起专项，推动问题定位、方案落地、效果复盘和后续机制固化； 3）遇到业务目标与治理要求冲突时，能够基于数据说明影响，提出可落地的平衡方案； 5、建立效果评估机制； 1）建设即送治理指标和日常看板，跟踪履约、退款、投诉、用户反馈及商家经营质量的变化； 2）对治理规则和专项动作进行上线前后对比，判断问题是否真实下降、是否出现风险转移或新增误伤； 3）定期复盘治理结果，将有效动作沉淀为长期机制，对无效规则及时调整或下线。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上运营、治理运营、策略运营、风险运营或零售履约相关经验，有即时零售、闪送、到家、电商履约、本地生活或零售行业经验优先； 2、能够独立完成问题发现、数据分析、策略制定、跨团队推动和效果复盘，具备较强的数据分析能力，能使用数据看板、Excel等工具完成基础分析，掌握SQL者优先； 3、对用户体验和业务风险敏感，能从投诉或异常订单中判断背后的规则及流程问题； 4、沟通直接，推进意识强，面对多团队协作的问题，能够主动推动结果落地，能够适应业务快速变化，对新问题保持好奇心，愿意深入订单、商家和履约现场寻找真实原因。
