1、产品规划与迭代：负责长期激励产品的规划与功能迭代，深入理解业务目标与用户需求，完成业务流程设计、需求分析及系统设计，致力于构建实现高效、安全、领先的长期激励体系； 2、端到端项目交付：负责从需求调研、用户访谈、方案设计到研发协同、测试验收及上线运营的完整过程，协调业务、设计、研发、测试等团队，确保项目按计划、高质量交付； 3、跨团队业务协同：与HR、薪酬、财务、法务、人事系统等团队紧密合作，识别并平衡多方诉求，在产品方案中妥善承接各方诉求； 4、产品效果评估与持续优化：多维度评估产品功能及业务流程的实际效果，持续关注用户反馈、行业趋势与市场动态，推动产品体验和业务效率不断提升。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、金融、会计等相关专业优先；具备1年以上企业级产品、互联网B端产品或SaaS系统的产品设计与落地经验为佳； 2、具备出色的业务建模能力，能够从复杂规则和业务流程中提炼核心逻辑，并形成清晰、可扩展的产品方案； 3、逻辑清晰，善于抽丝剥茧，具备良好的逻辑分析和抽象思考能力，能够深入分析问题并理解业务本质，能够多从复杂需求中提炼核心问题； 4、具备优秀的书面及口头表达能力，以及较强的跨团队沟通和多方协作能力；自我驱动、责任心强，对工作富有热情，具备良好的学习能力、创新意识和负责人意识。

加分项 1、具备HR SaaS、薪酬绩效激励、股权管理、CRM、支付交易或其他复杂企业级的产品经验； 2、了解股权激励、证券交易、支付结算或相关金融业务流程；具备财务、税务或法律相关知识； 3、英语可作为工作语言。
