1、用户增长策略运营：围绕抖音电商用户规模与价值增长，通过分析设计用户分层并结合大模型理解等对不同人群设计差异化营销策略，提升策略效率及用户价值收益； 2、策略监控与复盘：基于业务方向制定并拆解细分业务目标，完成目标拆解、方案设计、策略落地及效果复盘，通过数据分析、归因拆解和实验结果持续评估策略收益，沉淀有效经验，并推动增长策略迭代优化； 3、规模化提效：持续沉淀和完善用户增长分析框架、方法论及标准化流程，推动高频分析场景工具化、产品及AI化，降低重复分析成本，提升团队整体决策与运营效率。

1、2~4年策略分析及运营工作经验，有商业分析及用户增长经验、电商或交易型业务经验者优先考虑； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力和数据敏感度，熟练使用SQL，能够从复杂、大量的数据中提炼关键问题和业务洞察，掌握常用的数据分析、用户分层及统计学评估方法； 3、具备良好的结构化思维和分析框架搭建能力，能够将业务目标拆解为具体指标、策略和落地方案；具备较强的策略落地意识，能够深入业务场景，不局限提出分析结论，可以持续跟进方案执行、落地及后续迭代； 4、具备良好的沟通协调和项目管理能力，能够与产品、运营、数据等团队高效协作，推动跨团队复杂项目落地； 5、自驱力强，有责任心，工作认真细致，能够适应快速变化的业务环境。
