The posting

1、负责整个法务系统(含合同、知识产权、诉讼、合规审查、法务知识库等)的产品运营工作，深入理解法务与合同业务流程，推动各系统及AI能力在业务团队中的高效采用与价值落地，同时负责法务系统及AI产品的内容运营与活动运营，包括版本更新触达、功能宣导、案例、运营活动策划，持续提升产品影响力与口碑； 2、搭建并持续优化法务系统的用户运营体系，负责用户引导、培训赋能、答疑支持、最佳实践沉淀，提升法务、合规及各业务团队对系统的认知度、活跃度与满意度； 3、建立数据运营机制，围绕系统使用率、功能渗透率、AI能力调用效果、用户反馈等核心指标，搭建运营看板，持续监测、分析并驱动产品与运营策略迭代； 4、作为业务与产品研发之间的桥梁，收集、梳理并反馈业务团队需求与痛点，协同产品经理推动功能优化与新场景落地，形成"运营发现问题—产品解决问题"的正向循环； 5、跟踪法务数字化、法律科技、企业级AI应用运营的行业趋势与最佳实践，输出运营方法论，推动法务系统运营体系的标准化与规模化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品运营、用户运营、B端/平台型产品运营相关经验，有法务、合同、合规或企业级效率工具运营经验者优先； 2、理解法务业务的基本流程与逻辑，能够快速学习并掌握法务系统（含合同、知识产权、诉讼、合规等）的功能与价值，具备较强的业务理解与抽象能力； 3、对AI产品有一定认知，理解大模型、AI Agent、知识库等能力在法务场景中的应用方式，能够设计相应的用户引导与赋能策略； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调与跨团队推动能力，能够有效连接业务、产品、研发等多方，推动事项落地； 5、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟悉常用数据分析与看板工具，能够基于数据洞察驱动运营决策； 6、具备优秀的结构化思考与文档表达能力，英语可作为工作语言者、具备国际化视野者优先。

加分项 1、有法律科技、法务数字化、合规风控、合同管理（CLM）等相关领域的运营或业务经验； 2、有企业级Agent平台、Copilot/Assistant、智能工作流等AI产品的运营或推广经验； 3、有从0到1搭建B端产品运营体系、用户培训赋能体系或运营数据体系的成功经验。
