1、洞察站内外内容主张及用户消费趋势，挖掘供给及流量的机会点，解决电商内容痛点，推动目标供给和流量的增长； 2、内容供给增长：搭建内容（包含短视频、图文、直播）供给牵引机制，完善内容挖掘、供需分析、供给牵引促进产能、效果评估等运营工作；打通产品、运营一体化运营链路，以及与抖音平台相关方的协同机制； 3、活动策划与内容创意： 1）基于平台内容主张及用户消费趋势，策划组织电商主题活动，牵引达人、商家、用户生产更多电商相关优质内容，为投稿质量、活动流量及交易目标负责； 2）敏捷洞察站内外内容热点及趋势，做出能激发投稿的内容创意，落地结合运营机制、活动运营等方式提升内容稿件量； 4、优质内容运营： 1）负责优质内容范式制定；协同相关方及产品，推动优质GTM，达成优质内容供给量、流量、交易增长； 2）负责协同整合内部内容分发机制，与产品研发共同设计解决方案，保障优质创作者的内容分发形成正循环，不断挖掘更好的内容引导，帮助建立用户的电商种草、消费认知； 5、项目统筹与机制沉淀：负责统筹项目整体进展，跑通全流程运营机制，验证并沉淀促稿件、优质内容方法，投入到分行业场景应用。

1、具备互联网内容运营相关经验，具备C端活动、活动创意运营相关经验； 2、熟悉主流平台生态，对时下网络流行信息有敏锐度；具备内容方向创意能力；并对用户需求有比较清晰的认知和把握，有体系化输出内容策略经验优先； 3、出色的沟通协作和项目管理能力，有韧性，能抓住重点解决复杂问题，长期主义； 4、对数据敏感、擅长数据分析，善于发现和挖掘数据价值；能用数据评估工作成效，不断迭代优化。
