1、负责处理字节跳动抖音、今日头条、番茄等相关产品线上存在的各类业务安全问题，识别黑灰产用户，包括色情导流、欺诈、赌博、账号等风险问题； 2、利用ML/CV/NLP/Graph等人工智能技术，开发模型并落地应用到业务产品中，基于内容、行为、设备等维度信息从海量用户中识别出风险用户； 3、研发业内领先的行为、内容风控解决方案，和作弊用户进行持续对抗，分析与挖掘数据潜在关联，建立作弊风险感知、识别、处置的治理体系，为业务保驾护航。

1、在ML/CV/NLP/Graph的某个领域有较深入的研究，包括但不限于：图像/视频分类和识别、目标检测、自然语言处理与理解、Graph Learning、无监督/半监督学习、Metric Learning等； 2、扎实的算法与数据结构基础，熟练掌握Python/Go/C++等至少一门编程语言；了解大数据处理技术(Hive/Spark/Flink)，善于学习应用业界领先数据架构和技术； 3、在LLM/MLLM/Agent有扎实积累，在NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/CVPR等会议发表过相关高质量论文者优先； 4、具备系统的研究思维与独立思考能力，对风控领域的复杂性、对抗性有浓厚兴趣，敢于挑战现有技术范式； 5、有风控或者安全算法研发经验者优先。
