1、本科及以上学历，有网文、短剧、长剧、有声书等故事类内容相关运营/评估经验； 2、有较好的逻辑与结构化思维，对故事内容具备基础认知与行业热情，内容敏感度高； 3、做事严谨、执行力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通与协同能力。
