1、负责抖音生活服务家装垂类领域的数据分析工作； 2、深入业务进行探索性分析和专题分析，围绕业务发展主线，发掘能提升用户在各产品内体验的优化点、探索垂类内容特性，同步开展商家经营效率分析，为业务侧提供可落地的优化方案，并与产品/运营/推荐/研发等配合，确保优化策略的有效执行并监测其对业务增长的正面影响； 3、负责设计与分析业务相关的A/B实验、评估产品优化效果、协同进行推荐策略的优化探索、针对核心指标进行异动拆解分析、构建全局数据监控体系等工作。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上的数据分析经验，具有生活服务行业/C端用户及内容分析经验、数学/统计学等专业优先； 2、对数据敏感，能快速理解业务，能发掘业务细节和数据之间的联系；能通过数据对业务问题进行抽象提炼和量化推断； 3、熟悉SQL；有R、Python或其他脚本语言经验，掌握回归、分类、聚类等机器学习能力，有因果推断落地经验优先考虑； 4、具备出色的沟通能力、文字表达能力和团队协作精神，能在跨部门环境中有效工作，并具备自驱能力，快速适应变化。
