1、负责番茄畅听-短剧、漫剧、听视频等多体裁等相关内容生态工作，利用大模型技术优化内容生产与分发的全链路，通过产品机制和策略调优，提升内容的消费规模与用户停留时长，为多体裁消费规模和时长负责； 2、负责内容推荐算法的产品策略，结合视频体裁的特性，设计并落地多模态内容理解与匹配策略，从长期最优解增长视角，为多体裁生态健康负责； 3、通过数据定量分析和定性观察，明确影响用户增长和体验的内容问题，制定相关的产品和策略方案，提升用户的产品使用体验； 4、跨团队协调合作，协调算法、数据、运营及研发团队，推动AI技术在实际业务场景的实际应用，确保项目高效执行与成果转化。

1、本科及以上学历，有内容策略、AI策略、推荐或调度策略、大模型等策略产品经验者优先； 2、对内容产品与AI技术趋势有热情，具备优秀的自驱力，积极探索策略迭代方向和寻求多种解决方案； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度，能够从复杂数据中快速捕捉风险、定位诱因，给出方案并利用实验方法验证策略的实际效果； 4、思维活跃且具备较强的执行力，逻辑清晰，沟通直观简洁，能够在环境下完成跨部门协作。
