1、深度参与直播任务数据解决方案规划和架构设计，利用大数据解决直播任务的业务痛点； 2、深度参与直播任务平台数据架构的设计与开发，包括但不限于指标开发、人群圈选、效果分析等能力； 3、深度参与直播数据质量体系的建设，形成完善的数据监控和数据校验机制； 4、深入业务，理解并合理抽象业务需求，发挥数据价值，与业务团队紧密合作。

1、熟练运用Python、Java、Scala、Go等至少一门语言，对数据结构和算法设计有较为深刻的理解； 2、熟悉常见的大数据及分布式系统的基础组件与服务，如Hadoop，Hive，Redis，Kafka等； 3、熟悉常见的数据应用产品和OLAP引擎，有较强的业务抽象能力和数据架构能力者优先考虑； 4、具备海量数据和大规模分布式系统的设计和开发经验，能解决大数据系统中存在的性能瓶颈； 5、具有良好的服务意识与数据意识，具备团队精神和协作精神，对数据价值探索充满热情。
