1、业务现状分析与问题定位：构建科学合理的指标体系，开展探索性数据分析，精准描述抖音搜索广告业务的现状，通过对数据的深入剖析，快速敏锐地发现业务中存在的问题，挖掘并量化潜在的发展机会，为业务方向决策提供坚实的数据基础； 2、问题拆解与解决方案设计：对复杂的业务问题进行清晰的拆解与定义，运用数据科学的方法和思维，提出切实可行的产品策略改进假设，或者设计数据科学解决方案原型，为业务的优化提供方向和思路； 3、实验设计与决策指导：与跨职能团队密切配合，设计并实施科学合理的AB实验或观察性研究，通过科学的分析和解读提供决策依据，引导业务进行有效的迭代闭环，不断提升产品的性能和效果； 4、结果呈现与落地推动：将结果以清晰、直观的方式呈现给协同团队，确保业务结论和落地动作的高效、准确。

1、统计学、计算机、经济学等数据科学、量化分析相关专业本科以上学历，硕士、博士优先； 2、具备扎实的统计学、因果推断、机器学习等数据科学理论基础及应用经验；精通SQL，熟练掌握Python及相关库的应用； 3、具备优秀的商业敏感度与逻辑思维能力，能够在较大不确定性的问题中构建框架，将数据转化为有效的商业洞察，有计算广告相关行业经验优先； 4、能够主动、独立思考的同时，具备良好的团队协作能力与责任心，善于沟通与影响其他跨职能团队成员； 5、具备强烈的好奇心与自我驱动力，乐于接受挑战，追求极致和创新，富有使命感。
