1、负责家装达人业务和团队管理工作，对本行业达人业务增长负责； 2、构建家装行业达人增长指标，通过数据分析挖掘商家与达人经营过程中的问题与机会点，结合家装行业特性，制定针对性优化策略并提供专项支持，助力商家与达人以及团队协同提升质量与效率； 3、与数据、产品、研发、治理等相关部门协作，依据家装业务需求与商家及达人经营痛点，实施策略优化方案，跟进策略执行效果，并持续进行迭代调整； 4、从业务实际情况出发，管理本部门目标任务及预算规则，开展问题诊断，业务复盘，提出可落地的策略建议，以支持业务目标的达成。

1、本科及以上学历，具有5年以上家装或线索行业运营相关工作经验，熟悉家装或线索行业，有团队管理经验优先，有甲方直播电商、本地生活达人运营或策略经验者优先； 2、具备出色的策略思考能力，能够理解家装业务指标，精准定位家装商家与达人经营中的核心问题，结合行业特性与业务逻辑，制定可落地的优化策略，具备独立解决问题的能力； 3、具备良好的跨部门协作能力、沟通谈判技巧与自我驱动能力，富有激情与创造力，能够高效推动策略落地及跨部门协同工作。
