1、负责内容理解或内容安全场景的模型运营业务，能够独立负责模型训练全链路工作，包括但不限于机器学习算法的工程化实现和深度学习模型的训练； 2、深入了解业务需求及流程链路，根据业务指标、用户反馈等信息持续挖掘模型能力及策略优化空间，设计模型方案并保证业务目标达成； 3、了解大模型应用场景，参与大模型训练并设计大模型能力调用方案，探索小模型训练新方案，综合利用大小模型能力解决业务全链路痛点，不断提升业务实际效果收益。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学专业背景； 2、2年以上算法相关工作经验，熟悉模型训练、微调及部署流程，掌握VeOmni框架优先； 3、熟练掌握Python编程语言，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架，熟练使用SQL，具备良好的数据分析和问题解决能力，能够独立进行模型调优和性能优化； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作，愿意挑战复杂问题且有解决问题的韧性。
