日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data-抖音-数据科学，是以统计学和机器学习为基础的量化分析团队。团队致力于通过AB实验、因果推断、模型搭建、归因分析等技术手段，支持和赋能推荐模型&策略迭代，为业务发现新的增长点，探索生态的长期演化模式，建立科学的决策机制。

1、抖音系APP的日活用户数突破7亿，本岗位负责抖音系APP的数据科学工作，聚焦于解决短视频推荐、创作者成长与体验、用户增长与泛化、商业变现等场景中的数据科学问题，探索抖音生态的长期演化模式； 2、规划和搭建抖音系核心指标体系和分析体系，通过实验科学、因果推断等方式评估策略的收益和影响； 3、基于海量用户行为数据搭建离线模型（机器学习、时间序列、NLP等），预测用户的活跃度、满意度、互动行为变化，挖掘业务潜在增长点； 4、参与到决定平台未来发展方向的关键决策中，通过数据驱动团队高效、科学决策，为平台的创新和可持续发展提供保障； 5、跟进推荐算法、CV、NLP、实验科学、因果推断等领域最新进展，进行探索研究与落地。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，统计、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数理统计基础，熟练掌握统计、机器学习、实验设计等领域的基础理论；熟练掌握SQL，熟悉R/Python/SAS中的一种或者多种工具； 3、具备严谨的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通协作能力和数据敏感度，对于探索和挑战充满热情； 4、有用户同理心，能够快速理解用户需求，并发掘其与数据之间的关联； 5、在相关领域国际会议或期刊上发表过论文，或在主流竞赛中取得过排名靠前的比赛成绩者优先。
