1、负责线索广告产品的规划与迭代，优化广告创建、线索流转、分配管理全链路，提升广告主投放效率与使用体验； 2、负责线索广告行业大促产品，整合打包包括样式，流量扶持，预算扶持等一系列大促权益体系并为大促结果负责； 3、挖掘线索广告行业痛点，输出对应的产品方案与优化策略，持续提升线索质量与转化效果； 4、坚持数据驱动迭代，通过数据分析、A/B实验、业务反馈发现问题，推动产品优化与业务增长； 5、协同研发、算法、运营、销售等跨团队，落地产品迭代，达成线索广告业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上商业化产品策略经验，有广告平台、流量策略、投放策略、线索获客经验优先； 2、了解竞价广告、流量分发、转化链路逻辑，具备独立负责产品/策略模块、推动需求落地与迭代复盘的能力； 3、数据敏感度高，逻辑清晰，善于通过数据和业务问题挖掘优化空间与增长点； 4、沟通推进能力强，能适配团队跨部门协同落地项目； 5、表达清晰，具备基础英语读写能力。
