1、精通Java/Golang中的一种或者多种语言，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 2、具备丰富的架构设计经验，能够准确、全面地理解业务需求，并根据业务发展设计合理的架构方案； 3、具有高流量高并发实践经验； 4、对业界数据库中间件、消息中间件及其他分布式系统的基础架构组件有深入理解，能够结合业务做出合理的技术选型； 5、学习能力强，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，对新技术保持敏锐洞察力，并积极投身于新技术的研究与应用； 6、沟通能力强，具备良好的团队合作精神和责任心。
