ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、协助技术专家与业务方、产品、算法团队沟通，参与全、半自动化机器标注流程的数据处理策略基础调研与资料整理工作； 2、在技术专家指导下，通过PE、搜索、知识库学习等方式，辅助构建机器标注工作流，进行简单代码编写与测试； 3、配合团队分析业务发展、数据情况，协助开发通用提效产品与工具，参与工具基础功能测试与数据验证，保障基础功能准确性； 4、收集业务方对提效工具、技术方案的反馈信息，协助优化人工标注流程、机器标注流程，为实现人机协同提供数据支持与基础分析。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、统计学、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握Python基础语法，了解SQL基础查询语句，有实际编程项目经验或课程作业实践经历优先； 3、对大模型技术、数据处理、自动化流程构建有强烈的学习意愿，具备快速学习新知识的能力； 4、良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能积极主动与团队成员沟通，高效完成分配的任务； 5、每周至少保证4天在岗实习，实习周期不少于3个月。
