1、负责AI教育产品在语文学科场景下的需求挖掘、功能设计以及体验提升； 2、与产品和算法团队协同，提升模型在语文学科能力上的表现，包括不限于理想态定义、标准建设、模型调试等工作。

1、本科及以上学历，中文或者语文学科教学相关专业优先； 2、学科功底扎实，5年以上学科教育从业经验；对全学段的语文学习需求有比较深刻的认知，熟悉语文学习产品与服务的基本情况； 3、密切关注AI+教育行业动态，熟悉各类AI工具/产品，深度体验或高频使用过Gemini、GPT、Deepseek、豆包等大模型及相关应用产品，对大模型有深刻认知，对模型输出的能力有高度敏感性，有Prompt工程经验； 4、对大模型评测和数据有深刻认知，对数据质量和模型能力有敏感度，有大模型相关调试之类工作者优先； 5、具备较好的团队沟通、协作能力，学习能力强，愿意接受新鲜事物，心态开放，愿意迎接挑战，具有创业与创新精神。
