1、结合数据工程、算法模型与结构化思维，深入电商交易履约、营销活动、资金结算、商户运营等业务场景，系统化识别风险、精准打击舞弊行为，将模糊的风险感知转化为可落地的数据洞察与内控防控方案； 2、依托大模型与算法策略，深入业务策略底层代码，理解业务策略底层的逻辑与潜在风险；基于大模型（LLM）及多模态AI技术，搭建覆盖订单交易、商业服务客服、物流履约、内容生态等多场景的非结构化风险数据分析体系，系统性拓展内控在电商业务AI应用层风险识别的深度与广度，持续提升内控策略工作的产能与效率杠杆； 3、深度参与电商业务重大项目，在事前、事中环节提供针对性的风险研判和应对建议，保障业务安全、合规与平稳开展。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计学、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、精通SQL和Python，具备数据处理经验与模型验证能力；可独立完成从风险发现、数据调研分析到推动治理落地的全流程工作； 3、能够与研发、产品团队清晰沟通技术发现，输出模型或产品风险评估及专业建议。

加分项 1、工作中有AI技术的应用经验优先（非生成式AI工具如豆包或DeepSeek的使用经验，例如自建模型、用算法做风险识别、使用AI技术实现业务流程自动化等）； 2、有非结构化数据（文本、图像、视频）风险分析的实际落地经验者强优先（例如利用大模型、多模态模型识别商品违规内容、虚假宣传素材等）； 3、有利用大模型搭建风控策略开发、运营工作流并有落地场景者优先。
