1、统筹安排本区域内的消防安全管理，明确各部门、各岗位消防安全职责，并负责区域内自建园区的一线管理； 2、负责应对本区域消防安全相关的内外部监管，组织、实施消防安全合规评估，制定符合区域管理特点的消防安全策略，进行消防安全宣传，组织实施消防培训、演练； 3、推动消防安全隐患整改，评估消防安全风险，提出风险管控建议并推动落实；对职场空间设备和相关系统风险提供专业的管控、整改意见和方案，对餐饮供应商的消防安全管理进行监管和系统性评估； 4、增量项目交付消防专业的对接和验收管理； 5、作为区域消防安全负责人，与园区物业、EHS、行政等同/跨部门消防类事务专业对接； 6、信息化和智能化探索：包括但不限于建立消防设施台账、监控仪表盘等；支援其他区域的消防安全管理工作及其他工作安排。

1、本科及以上学历，消防安全、安全工程、电气工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有一级注册消防工程师证，有中、高级工程师职称优先； 3、1-3年具备园区消防运营管理经验； 4、具备较强的分析能力、沟通能力、现场把控能力，能够独立面对复杂场景； 5、具有责任感，能够适应企业的工作节奏，能适应出差。
