1、负责国际化短剧、小说产品的内容安全标准把控，深入研究目标市场和产品的内容与风险，全面保障平台产品安全； 2、负责国际化产品在全球市场的安全合规工作，组织产品迭代/新项目等内部合规评估流程，和区域法务、PR等团队充分沟通，明确风险等级及降险方案； 3、完善工作标准，用系统自动化方案提升内容安全的审核效率，并持续提高产品竞争力； 4、针对不同业务场景进行风险研判，提供安全建议和对外口径； 5、应对舆情等突发风险，快速制定解决方案，保证短期内解决风险。

1、本科及以上学历，英文能力优秀，能用英文撰写评估需求文档，能独立和国际化团队就产品逻辑、合规等进行深度口语交流，保证信息传达准确、理解精准； 2、3年以上互联网运营、内容安全/生态相关经验，掌握互联网业务和产品逻辑，具有较高的风险敏感意识，能基于业务场景和风险本质给出合理决策和解决方案； 3、出色的项目管理、跨团队沟通协作和驱动能力，踏实认真，善于学习，擅长调研分析，能充分思考拆解任务制定规划，执行力强有韧性，对结果负责，1年以上运营团队管理经验优先； 4、对新产品、新市场有极大的热情，勇于开拓。
