1、负责电商内部运营平台的后端系统设计与开发，覆盖活动运营、商家运营、内容运营等多类业务场景； 2、深入业务流程，建设支持运营全链路（策略制定、任务执行、过程监控、效果分析、复盘优化）的一站式运营工作台，提升运营效率与平台智能化水平； 3、基于大模型、Agent、自动化编排等AI能力，建设智能运营基础设施，支持运营策略生成、自动执行、异常诊断、效果归因与运营决策辅助等能力； 4、持续跟踪智能运营、Agent Workflow、自动化决策与执行等前沿技术发展，快速验证并落地。

1、计算机、通信、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上后端开发经验； 2、精通Golang/Java/Python中的一种或多种，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的系统设计能力，能独立负责复杂模块的设计与实现； 3、熟悉大模型的基础原理，了解Agent、Skill、MCP等相关概念，有实操经验者优先； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等主流中间件，具备数据库性能优化及分布式系统设计与开发经验； 5、对技术有热情，学习能力强，能快速理解电商复杂业务、快速掌握AI领域新知识/技术，具备优秀的技术调研与落地能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析与解决能力，对业务结果有强烈的责任感。
