1、设计并实现基于大语言模型（LLM）的智能助手，提升创作者的内容产出效率与质量； 2、Prompt工程：针对不同的产品需求调优Prompt，确保LLM回答的可靠性和准确性； 3、知识库构建与RAG应用：收集整理业务领域的核心信息，构建高效的知识库，开发并优化RAG应用，提升模型对特定领域知识的理解与生成能力； 4、Agent系统研发：研究并探索ReAct Agent和Multi Agent在复杂业务场景下的协作机制与智能决策； 5、效果监控与迭代：实施长期的实验计划，定期评估智能体性能，持续优化策略确保系统的稳定运行； 6、根据业务场景需求，开展大模型的领域适配与定制化训练：利用LoRA、QLoRA等微调技术，构建业务专用模型；运用DPO、GRPO等对齐技术，提升模型的输出质量；探索RLHF在业务场景中的应用。

1、有主人翁意识，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力与承压能力； 2、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备大语言模型应用开发经验；具备优秀的数据敏感度与逻辑思维能力，能够针对各种业务问题构建分析框架，将数据转化为有效的信息进行定量洞察； 3、强烈的学习热情与问题解决能力，紧跟 LLM 技术前沿，积极探索其在业务场景中的创新应用； 4、加分项： 1）大模型应用技巧：深入理解LLM在多轮对话、指令遵循、长文记忆、Function Call、RAG、Agent等应用模块中的技术细节，有最佳实践经验者优先； 2）大模型开发框架：熟悉LangChain、LangGraph等大语言模型开发框架，有实际项目开发经验者优先； 3）大模型应用算法：熟悉LoRA、QLoRA等微调技术；具备RLHF实践经验，熟悉DPO、GRPO等对齐优化方法，有相关算法经验者优先。
