1、负责家居百货（居家饰品、家居日用、清洁收纳、学习用品）行业品类结构优化、商家拓展及运营成长，结合抖音内容生态、用户消费需求变化及行业发展趋势制定所负责区域当下短期季度以及长期全年规划和策略打法，引导和运营管辖类目、商品、商家的结构变化，以GMV为目标，实现市场份额扩大和增长； 2、商家全生命周期运营：通过对存量商家运营优/劣势判断，洞察并BD商家做合适他们的抖音电商运营模式，完成商家等级升级，扩大存量商家GMV增速和行业贡献；同时熟悉产业带行业特性，整合资源进行新商家及新商品的招商与孵化，完成拓新指标； 3、类目趋势爆品打造：洞察行业新的货品趋势，迅速扩大供给，打造更多行业爆款，形成类目结构良性发展； 4、资源整合项目能力：内部整合场域、玩法、达人、服务商等资源，外部探寻政府、协会、会展、机构、跨品类等资源，完成特定的项目设计、迭代和执行，结果可量化，为行业销售增量做贡献； 5、数据分析：通过快速学习内部数据看板，进行数据维度拆解和分析，寻找新增量，立足问题，为策略计划做扎实基础。

1、电商运营/品类运营经验，有日用百货电商运营经验优先； 2、具备行业洞察力，了解行业趋势，判断短中期方向，有依据，可量化，抓住势头并放大； 3、执行能力强，通过自己的时间精力管理分配，快速完成过程分项指标； 4、良好的内部沟通协作能力，以结果为导向，实现内部团队/横向中台/商业化/服务商等团队的紧密沟通和协作。
