1、负责ByteNAS系统架构设计和优化； 2、打造业界领先的分布式文件系统，关注扩展性、低时延和高可用，支撑大规模的机器学习和数据分析等众多场景； 3、关注存储效率的优化，节约存储成本； 4、按照项目进度制定开发目标，撰写详细设计文档并负责模块实现、性能调优、功能测试； 5、为上层线上应用提供及时的技术支持，并从中提取出潜在的需求和优化点，持续优化系统。

1、拥有分布式系统相关研发经验，熟悉分布式系统相关理论，如Paxos/Raft等； 2、熟悉C/C++，熟悉网络编程，多线程编程，熟悉Linux下性能调优； 3、熟悉分布式存储系统的关键技术点及解决方案； 4、熟悉业界主流分布式文件系统HDFS/CephFS/GlusterFS等经验者优先； 5、以上系统当中，向社区贡献过patch者优先（请注明）； 6、熟悉NFS, Fuse, SMB等网络文件系统协议者优先； 7、优秀的编码能力，针对具体的业务场景快速设计和实现 in-house 系统；对工程质量有很高的自我要求。
