1、服务流程搭建与迭代优化：负责机票客服（咨询、退改、航班异常、售后投诉等）全业务流程梳理与优化，挖掘流程卡点、冗余问题，结合航司政策及业务需求迭代服务流程，输出优化方案并落地跟进，提升工单处理效率与闭环率； 2、服务标准与知识库运营：搭建、更新机票客服业务SOP、服务规范及标准话术，统一服务口径；负责业务知识库日常维护与迭代，同步航司最新政策、特殊场景处理方案，赋能一线客服精准高效作业； 3、业务数据监控与质效分析：监控机票客服核心运营指标（响应时效、一次性解决率、满意度、投诉率等），定期输出数据分析报告，定位服务短板与流程漏洞，为业务优化、团队管理提供数据支撑； 4、一线赋能与跨部门协同：负责一线客服流程、新规、高频问题的培训赋能与答疑指导；联动质检、产品、技术、航司对接团队，协调解决业务卡点，推进流程及系统优化，保障业务平稳运转。

1、学历与经验：本科学历及以上，1-3年客服流程运营、服务质培、OTA机票业务相关经验；有携程、飞猪等平台机票运营经验优先，优秀应届生可放宽； 2、专业能力：熟悉国内外机票业务、航司退改政策及航班异常处理流程，了解客服运营及质检体系；精通数据统计分析，可独立输出复盘及优化方案，具备流程梳理、问题迭代落地能力； 3、综合素养：逻辑清晰、细致严谨，具备较强的闭环执行力、问题复盘能力；沟通协调能力良好，擅长跨部门协作推进项目落地，有较强的责任心与服务运营思维。
