1、面向具身智能、机器人、人形机器人、智能交互终端等前沿场景，负责Data+AI方向的具身算法研发与应用落地，推动多模态数据能力支撑模型从“感知、理解”走向“决策、执行”； 2、聚焦VLA（Vision-Language-Action）、多模态大模型、机器人数据智能等方向，负责视觉、语言、动作、轨迹、3D位姿、物体交互关系等多模态数据的算法研发、自动化处理与质量优化，打造面向具身智能时代的To B数据与AI产品能力； 3、与模型研发、数据工程、产品、行业客户及生态伙伴紧密协作，理解具身智能场景中的复杂数据需求，推动算法方案从技术验证走向产品化、规模化交付。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化、电子信息、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和多模态大模型基础，熟练掌握Python及PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，有LLM/MLLM/VLA/AIGC预训练、微调、强化学习或模仿学习相关研发经验； 3、熟悉视觉-语言-动作多模态数据与具身智能相关算法，具备图像/视频理解、3D感知、动作轨迹建模、位姿估计、多模态对齐、机器人学习或Sim-to-Real等方向经验； 4、具备良好的算法工程能力和项目落地能力，能够围绕具身模型训练目标设计数据合成、自动化标注、质量分析、异常检测、数据蒸馏等方案，并推动跨团队协作落地。

加分项 1、在ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、CVPR、ICCV、ACL、CoRL、RSS、IROS、ICRA等会议或期刊发表论文，并有工业界落地经验者优先； 2、在具身智能、机器人学习、多模态大模型、VLA、AIGC、3D视觉、仿真平台等方向有开源项目、闭源项目或规模化应用经验者优先。
