1、负责生活服务短视频优质内容标准的制定、迭代、日常运营及验证优化，围绕内容质量、交易表达、用户感知等方向持续完善平台鼓励的优质内容定义和识别口径，结合数据表现、样本分析、业务反馈和场景表现推动标准水位持续升级，提升标准合理性与识别效果； 2、负责推进优质内容标准在产品场景中的应用，联动诊断、透明传输、分发等能力建设，帮助达人、商家和运营侧更好理解并使用平台标准； 3、负责跟进内容规则相关的数据监控与效果复盘，分析标准变化对投稿量、优质率、流量表现和业务收益的影响，输出可执行的优化建议； 4、负责联动产品、算法、数据、运营等协同方，推动标准建设、标签迭代、样本标注、识别上线等关键环节顺畅推进，保障项目按节奏交付； 5、负责从内容生态中识别问题与机会，结合业务目标提出规则优化、场景应用或供给牵引方案，推动优质内容供给持续增长。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上内容运营工作经验； 2、对抖音短视频内容生态有较强敏感度和判断力，理解什么样的内容更优质、可消费、可转化，并能沉淀为相对清晰的标准； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能基于数据、样本和业务反馈发现问题并提出解决方案； 4、具备较强的沟通协作能力，能够与产品、算法、数据和运营团队高效配合，推动项目落地； 5、具备较强的自驱力和结果意识，愿意深入业务现场，持续打磨标准并推动实际应用。
