1、参与中国交易与广告的物流全环节系统（包括但不限于商家发货、物流诊断、物流详情和物流轨迹查询、逆向寄件，整合物流服务商为商家提供定制化物流服务能力）的研发，最终为商家和消费者提供有竞争力的物流体验； 2、深入理解业务，技术驱动，参与技术规划，合理选型，并且推动落地； 3、主导领域技术工作，积极与上下游协同配合，发现和解决系统存在的性能瓶颈等技术难题，推动系统架构优化； 4、具备自我工作管理的能力，持续理解业务、掌握业务、探索业务，具备一定的架构分析能力和技术规划能力。

1、精通Java/Golang中的一种或者多种开发语言，有较强的架构分析和业务数据分析能力，具有良好的开发素质； 2、理解常规的架构设计思想，包括但不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等； 3、学习能力强，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，对新技术、新问题有敏感性并愿意致力于新技术研究，有自驱力； 4、沟通协作能力好，良好的团队合作精神，责任心强； 5、具备物流、电商业务等研发相关经验优先。
