1、负责抖音互动游戏（含抖音小游戏、造世界等）直播及视频生态全链路运营，深度结合抖音内容分发逻辑与用户偏好，挖掘、筛选并系统化培养优质内容作者；拆解爆款内容逻辑与运营模式，结合带玩场景，推动互动游戏直播业务规模化落地与增长； 2、聚焦游戏玩法品类，负责对应品类作者的引入、系统化培训、优质内容拆解、分层培育及新作者孵化工作；优化作者收入体系与激励机制，双向提升作者规模与个体收入，实现生态正向循环； 3、持续挖掘抖音平台热门内容形式与用户需求，联动相关团队推动游戏内容化改造，沉淀可复用的内容经营方法论，助力作者提升内容变现能力与经营收入； 4、负责分品类作者全周期数据监控与分析，通过话题策划、直播激励、社群运营等多元化动作，丰富直播内容维度，提升内容曝光、用户互动及转化效率，达成业务核心目标。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏相关运营工作经验，有成熟的业务落地案例者优先； 2、热爱游戏行业，深度熟悉游戏直播、短视频生态，精准理解平台内容分发逻辑与用户认知；具备内容敏感性，能快速捕捉爆款内容趋势，有游戏内容平台、内容运营或作者运营相关经验者优先； 3、具备主播运营或直播平台运营经验，清晰了解主播生态体系、成长路径及运营逻辑，有互动游戏相关业务探索、落地经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力与游戏数据敏感度，善于总结运营经验、沉淀可复用的策略与方法论，能通过数据优化运营动作； 5、具备沟通协作能力、目标感与责任心，热衷于与作者深度对接，善于挖掘作者核心需求、推动问题高效解决，能高效落地作者引入、留存及收入提升等核心工作。
