1、构建高质量电商多模态推理和细粒度数据集，通过数据合成技术，不断优化数据质量和丰富度，沉淀电商行业的高价值信息； 2、针对业务需求对电商行业多模态大模型进行后训练，包括SFT、RLVR强化学习、多轮Agent RL、GME训练，提升模型能力； 3、构建电商MCP统一服务，结合业务场景设计搭建Agent架构，包括React、Generate-Verifier、Multi-Agent等，探索Agent Test-Time-Scaling技术； 4、通过大模型不断优化针对电商场景人货场的理解和生成能力，包括：商品信息识别、视频内容理解、用户兴趣挖掘、商品文案生成、导购素材生成、AI标注等； 5、通过大模型和上述能力，支持电商各种业务场景，包括：搜索、推荐、导购、评价、商品发布等等，提升各场景的业务效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、在NLP算法、多模态算法、大模型训练和应用、知识图谱等领域有实际的开发和从业经验者优先； 3、思维开阔、具备优秀的逻辑思考能力，面对挑战性问题充满热情，具有良好的团队合作能力、沟通协调能力，执行力和自驱力强； 4、学习能力强，对AI前沿技术持续关注，能够洞察技术和业务的结合点。
